Sales Account Manager
HPC-Industrial, Powered Clean Harbors is looking to hire a Sales Account Manager for Huber Heights, Dayton, or Toledo, OH.
The Account Manager is responsible for growing new accounts and expanding and/or maintaining existing accounts for the assigned specified book of business. Environmental experience is highly preferred.

- Implementing sales plans and obtaining signed standard service agreements for new corporate account business.
- Providing customer sales support by promoting communication and coordination between sales, operations, customer service, and customers. Develop and maintain corporate‑level communication with corporate accounts.
- Managing profitability by obtaining minimum yearly goals in new business accounts, meeting quarterly and annual revenue objectives, and meeting or exceeding the threshold for the established minimum number of sales calls per week.
- Market strategy: identifying corporate account locations company‑wide and directing the appropriate sales and service personnel to those locations as needed.
- Developing client solutions and maintaining daily awareness of sales activities and results.
- Managing contact and negotiating pricing and contract requirements. During customer sales calls, determine the adequacy of the current level of service and recommend adjustments.
- Networking with clients by participating in joint sales calls with local account owners to promote business and to provide coaching and feedback to account managers.
- Completing the annual sales revenue budget.
- Assisting in the collection of invoiced revenue from customers, managing and controlling sales expenses, and ensuring the timely submission of business expenses.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of industry or relevant experience; environmental experience highly preferred.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance, excellent presentation, and writing skills.
- Knowledge of State & Federal Waste Code Regulations as needed.
- Ability to travel as needed.
