Customer Service Representative- Inside Sales Dayton

We are looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to help take us to the next level!

Customer Service/Inside Sales Representatives greet customers and assist them in selecting products to purchase, sell products and services, quote jobs and projects as requested, ensure deliveries get scheduled, process orders & special orders as needed, and support outside sales and the company in all selling/customer related activities.

• Welcome and greet customers through various communication channels.
• Market product offerings and events through telephone and digital communication.
• Enhance and maintain sales and relationships with existing customer accounts; develop new relationships and drive sales with new and current customers.
• Assess customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions.
• Answer telephone for sales department, quote prices, and prepare sales orders.
• Work with outside sales representatives to keep customer account activities up to date and investigate and resolve customer problems.
• Support the outside sales team and perform various administrative tasks such as price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries.
• Demonstrate effective time management and detail orientation.
• Act as a team player with willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

• Proficiency with company computer applications.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of time.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
