Overview
We are looking for Real Estate Agents to join our Real Estate sales team who believe they have talent, are motivated, and are good with people.
Responsibilities- Engage with leads generated by the company and participate in the proprietary lead follow-up system that works.
- Collaborate with a team and leverage the company’s resources to support sales activities.
- Coordinate with a close-coordination team under a full-time contract structure.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching programs to develop sales skills and knowledge.
- Belief that you have talent, are motivated, and are good with people.
- Compensation: $75,000 at plan commission
- Lead generation provided for agents
- Proprietary lead follow-up system that is designed to work
- Full-time contract for close coordination
- Agent Success Academy training program
- Weekly one-on-one coaching
