Sales Representative

Overview

Champion Window is a leading provider of window and door products. We are seeking a Sunroom & Window Sales Representative with no prior experience required.

• Unlimited earning potential – $100,000 to $200,000 plus potential first year out.
• Leads provided for all sales representatives – pre‑qualified appointments, no cold calling.

• Conduct in‑home sales presentations, building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Participate in daily sales and training meetings and coaching sessions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
