Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Overview

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and both service and sell to an existing customer base. This is an active, fast‑paced position that involves indoor and outdoor duties such as delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program. Starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour until a route is assigned.
• Solid base salary and commission potential after route assignment.
• Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek; no nights or weekends.
• Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

• Active driver’s license; at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification; comply with DOT regulations for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation and teamwork orientation.
