• Build rapport and trust with homeowners to sell the right products and services
• Develop strong client relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals with confidence
• Convert missed opportunities from technicians’ invoices or proposals into closed sales
• Get customers excited about our company and encourage referrals
• Stay informed about your local market and customer needs
• Contribute to setting aggressive yet achievable sales goals and expansion plans
• Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3+ years of in-home HVAC sales experience in a high-paced environment (required)
