We are seeking a highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 30 years and are a family‑owned, U.S.‑based company. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and cutting‑edge diagnostic sleep system.

• Motivated individuals with the availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Typical 4–5‑day work week offers 40 to 55 hours per week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading mattresses onto vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focusing on improving customers’ lives through sleep solutions.
• Experience using state‑of‑the‑art technology, including tablets, mobile POS, and the exclusive bed Match system.
• A winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
