The US Bio Pharma Respiratory and Immunology Team specializes in asthma, COPD, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, and inflammatory/immunologic diseases such as psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, systemic lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. As District Sales Manager for the Respiratory & Immunology Primary Care Team, you will channel our scientific expertise to improve patients’ lives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists (PSS) to meet field‑day requirements and performance objectives through coaching and mentorship.
- Develop people and drive business by observing PSS interactions with key customers, giving individualized mentorship and feedback for current and future success.
- Act as a role model and liaison, encouraging dedication, trust, teamwork and motivation, while facilitating team communication, morale and efficiency across the work unit and cross‑functional teams.
- Actively identify and satisfy internal and external customer needs through relationship building, spotting strategic opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions.
- Lead multiple priorities and resources for individual and group efforts, owning the direction needed to achieve high‑efficiency and quality of work.
- Demonstrate strong business ethics, understand basic business principles, and use available resources to make sound business decisions that uphold standards of excellence.
- 3+ years of sales, B2B, or commercial experience, or related experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related fields.
- Proven leadership capabilities and/or people‑management experience.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- 3+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales Leadership experience.
- Experience in other functional areas such as Sales Training, Customer Solutions, Sales Operations, Managed Care or Marketing.
