- Ensure appropriate newly identified and existing patients have access to pharmaceutical products that minimize pre‑ and post‑needle attrition.
- Maintain a mix of viable sites of care in the local marketplace, educate practices on efficient infusion practices, and keep them updated on payer changes that impact infusion processes.
- Use discretion and judgment to execute the company’s brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer segment, securing and preserving patient access to products in the optimal site of care.
- Approach each customer from a total account‑management perspective, leveraging resources, collaborating with business partners, and articulating the value proposition.
- Assist sales team members (e.g., Immunology Specialists, District Managers) in all aspects of product promotion, including product access, pull‑through, and reimbursement.
- Mentor doctors and staff on establishing and operating an in‑office infusion program—operations, scheduling, staffing, pre‑authorization, reimbursement, capacity, inventory, and efficiency.
- Train clinical staff on technical aspects of infusing the product(s)—reconstitution, admixture, administration, monitoring, and adverse event management.
- Serve as a resource on payer policies, reimbursement regulations, practice management, Medicare/Medicaid rules, OSHA, HIPAA, and state licensing requirements for product compounding, admixture, administration, and monitoring.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Current residence in the U.S. or willingness to relocate.
- Minimum of three years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience, including at least one year of specialty sales experience.
- Working knowledge of reimbursement, payer, provider, and infusion operations.
- Experience selling injectable/infused products.
- Working knowledge of the immunology, rheumatology, and/or gastroenterology fields.

Base pay range: $110,000–$178,250. The position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. Employees may participate in company benefit programs including health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and paid personal and family time off.
