Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. Physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required:

• Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Meet physical requirements of the position.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
• Show self‑motivation and drive to work in a team environment.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
