BMW of Dayton is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused New Car Sales Consultant to join our team.

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new BMW vehicles
• Build lasting relationships through a professional and consultative sales experience
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drivesenaablfacspmoswstvmile0
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers
• Learn BMW products, technology, incentives, and available programsadtgbeuro ddl r060
• Work closely with sales managers and the finance department to complete transactions
• Help customers understand and enjoy their vehicle’s features during delivery
• Meet individual and dealership sales and customer-satisfaction goals
• Represent BMW of Dayton professionally in person, over the phone, and online

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive attitude and competitive mindset
• Self-motivation, organization, and dependable follow-through
• A willingness to learn and be coached
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work Saturdays and a flexible retail schedule
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Previous automotive sales experience is helpful but not required
