Account Manager

FC Industries Inc., a family-owned metalworking manufacturer in Dayton, OH, is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow key customer relationships. In this role, you'll serve as the primary contact for precision machining, fabrication, stamping, and assembly customers-managing quotes, pricing, and orders while coordinating with engineering, production, and quality to ensure on-time, accurate delivery. You'll analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support new business efforts in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment with strong opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned manufacturing customer accounts, serving as primary point of contact
• Understand customer needs and translate them into accurate quotes and orders
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure on-time, accurate delivery
• Monitor order status, resolve issues, and communicate proactively with customers
• Analyze sales and margin performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue
• Prepare and deliver account reviews and forecasts to leadership
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pricing, and contract details
• Support new business development and quoting for precision machining, fabrication, and stamping work
• Collaborate on continuous improvement of service, quality, and processes
• Represent FC Industries' safety, quality, and customer-first culture in all interactions
