Inside Sales Representative

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative II to drive revenue growth within our wholesale technology customer base. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of industrial and commercial accounts, execute proactive outreach, qualify leads, and convert opportunities through consultative B2B selling. You'll prepare quotes, manage orders, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM. Partner closely with field sales, product, and operations teams to deliver excellent customer service while meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale B2
• B customer accounts in the electronics and technology space.
• Execute inbound and outbound sales activities, including lead qualification, prospecting, and follow-up.
• Develop consultative relationships with customers to understand technical and business needs and recommend Arrow solutions.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage pricing and contract terms within established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with field sales, product management, and operations to ensure seamless customer experience and on-time delivery.
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue, margin, and activity targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Use sales reports and analytics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks in assigned accounts.
