Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dayton, OH for an Outside Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, delivering impactful sales presentations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing outstanding service to clients. The role also involves maintaining detailed knowledge of company products and services to drive sales and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development to identify and secure new opportunities
• Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Service to establish trust and maintain client satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and negotiate with clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is an advantage
