Role OverviewProspect, build relationships, present services, and prepare quotes to grow Tech Pro Construction’s client base. Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new leads in Dayton and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure client satisfaction
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience (construction or related preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Universal: Authorized to work in the U.S.; follow company safety policies; full-time availability; respectful, team-first attitude; EOE workplace
