Evans Motorworks is hiring an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Dayton, Ohio.

We are a family-owned automotive dealership representing BMW, Volkswagen, and a large selection of pre-owned vehicles
.

If you already have experience in automotive sales, car sales, dealership sales, or vehicle sales and are looking for an opportunity with premium brands, strong inventory, and a locally owned dealership group, we want to talk with you.

We are looking for someone who understands the automotive sales business and can contribute quickly.

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous automotive sales or dealership experience
• Understands the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery
• Can professionally handle showroom customers, internet leads, and phone opportunities
• Consistently follows up with customers by phone, text, email, and CRM
• Is comfortable conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Knows how to ask for the sale and work with management to close deals
• Understands the importance of repeat customers, referrals, and prospecting
• Is competitive, dependable, coachable, and self-motivated
• Provides an excellent customer experience before, during, and after the sale

Experience selling new vehicles, used vehicles, luxury vehicles, BMW, Volkswagen, or other automotive brands is a plus.

Pre-Owned Vehicles — Used cars, trucks, and SUVs across multiple manufacturers, price ranges, and customer needs.

Having access to new and pre-owned inventory gives our sales consultants more opportunities to find the right vehicle for each customer—and more opportunities to sell.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:

• Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases
• Respond promptly to internet and phone leads
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Maintain an active customer pipeline
• Use our dealership CRM to manage leads and follow-up
• Follow up with unsold customers
• Contact previous customers for repeat and referral business
• Work with sales managers to structure and close deals
• Maintain product knowledge
• Deliver vehicles professionally and build long-term customer relationships
