Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with laws and policy;
Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to AP or Store leadership;
Create and manage records for apprehensions, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Travel to stores as necessary and support safety initiatives and incident investigations
