Vault Processor- PM Shift

Role Overview

Vault Personnel support modern finance by managing vault security and cash accounting tasks at branch locations.

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, the vault, and liability at all times.
• Prepare outbound orders and replenishments for the next day’s routes.
• Monitor performance of processes and machines to ensure efficiency.
• Complete data entry for all transactions of liability.
• Generate and maintain all records and reports daily.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Guard liability and assets.

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Data entry skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
• Ability to obtain a guard card or other required licenses.
• Ability to work collaboratively in branch locations.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

• Experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, or cashier/teller operations.
• Military background.

Monday – Friday; 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (end time dependent upon last truck arrival).
