MTSI is seeking a skilled and proactive Security Professional to support all aspects of security across our organization. This role will involve overseeing corporate security initiatives, including (but not limited to) Information Security (INFOSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Industrial Security (INDUSEC), and Personnel Security (PERSEC), while also ensuring the protection of technology within our capability development portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and a "get to yes" mindset, enabling them to navigate complex security challenges while driving solutions.

Responsibilities:
Duties to be independently executed include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all aspects of program security.
- Supervise Special Access Programs .
- Analyze security procedures and provide recommendations to the program and partners.
- Support internal and external security briefings.
- Coordinate and develop security procedures and guidance with internal and external organizational partners.
- Advise and coordinate facility security requirements and approvals.
- Manage Information Systems Security .
- Generatesecurity classification guidance.
- Ensureappropriatesecurityrequirements are incorporated into contractual documents.
- Develop security plans in support of program activities and events.
- Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
- Assistin the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
- Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
- Perform destruction of classified materials.
- Process magnetic media for accountability.
- Reproduction support for classified materials.
- Maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document control.
- Assistin the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files.
- Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
- Maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listing.
- Assist with researching, processing, filing, andmaintaininginbound and outbound visit notices.
- Escort facility visitors andmaintainsassociated logs.
- Assistin the preparation of facility access control badges.
- Conduct entry and exit inspections.
- Assistin the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, to include visitor control.
- Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database andmaintainall customer sponsored billets and quota information.
- Assistinmaintainingpersonnel security files for all personnel of the supported element.
- Follow and enforce the customer's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide support for security awareness and education programs.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative.
- Review, track, andmonitorsecurity clearance processing activities with appropriate governmentpersonnel to achieveappropriate clearanceactions.
- Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections of government organizations and industry.
- Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondence.
- Prepare and/or process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courierpackagesand receipts.
- Prepare, process, and/or review Program Access Request (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility.
