Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, while helping to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and report concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Assist with access control, crowd management, and after-hours checks, while supporting a professional environment for customers and staff
