- Two years of loss prevention or management experience. Preference for experience in conducting investigations/audits and report writing.
- Or bachelor’s degree and loss prevention or management experience. Preference for experience in conducting investigations/audits and report writing.

Minimum: $45,142.00
Major DutiesConduct internal/external inquiries involving incidents of pilferage, fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, accidents, and other issues as determined by the Regional Loss Prevention (LP) Manager. Monitor e-commerce/online transactions.
Conduct and/or supervise OSHA, environmental, and loss prevention inspections/surveys. Recommend and/or implement loss prevention program modifications and procedures to increase operational efficiencies and effectiveness. May be required to manage or assist in managing the Exchange Information and Personnel Security Program.
Conduct interviews, obtain written statements, and prepare relevant case reports/files. Coordinate with local police/courts on theft prosecutions. Liaise with command, law enforcement, legal, and Exchange management on loss prevention activities.
Provide training to associates including but not limited to new hires, profit protection, OSHA, internal controls, etc.
Oversee equipment management including CCTV systems, EAS, safety products, vehicles, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Challenges- Valid driver’s license required.
