Security Officer Front Desk - Weekends

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities in a healthcare location;
Monitor access to the property by screening visitors, checking identification when appropriate, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures in a professional manner;
Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and support front desk operations while helping to address security-related concerns and/or unusual activity;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate;
Complete required reports, document daily activities, and relay important information during shift changes to support consistent security-related operations
