General Job Description
We are currently hiring a Final Install HVAC Technician to support our residential team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the final phase of HVAC system installations, ensuring systems are properly tested, cleaned, detailed, and meet all operational and code standards before customer handoff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform final install tasks for residential HVAC systems including minor fabrication, ductwork adjustments, and finishing touches
- Complete quality control checklists and ensure all install details meet company and code standards
- Communicate with installation teams, office staff, and customers as needed to complete each job
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Drive company vehicle to job sites and maintain tools and equipment

QualificationsSpecific Qualifications
Required- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, controls, and airflow dynamics
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- HVAC school graduate or technical training
- Familiarity with digital install checklist tools or CRM systems
