* Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k

Position Overview

Join Bone Dry Roofing as a Repair Technician, where each technician plays a vital role in delivering high-quality roof repair solutions and exceptional customer service. This technician position is field-based, involving local travel to job sites in a company-provided vehicle. The technician will inspect roofing systems, diagnose issues, and complete repair work while ensuring a professional and positive customer service experience on every job.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and execute necessary repair solutions

* Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing honest assessments and maintaining strong customer service

* Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at heights

* Document findings and ensure all repair jobs meet company quality standards

* Represent the company professionally in all technician and customer service interactions

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of roofing or related repair experience

* Ability to climb ladders and work at heights comfortably

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

* Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service

* Ability to work overtime as needed

* Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season

Work Environment

* This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites

* Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.

* Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.

* Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

Driving

* Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
