You’ll help keep our yard running smoothly and safely every day. From managing equipment flow to keeping our facility clean and organized, your work ensures our team and customers can count on equipment that’s ready to go. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will make a real impact on how we serve our customers.

• Load, unload, and organize equipment, attachments, and batteries while coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
• Inspect equipment for safety and readiness, track inventory, and maintain accurate documentation
• Keep the yard, dock, and warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
• Support the team with basic maintenance, safety checks, and daily operational needs

• A strong work ethic with the ability to stay focused and move with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• A team-first mindset with solid customer service skills and attention to detail
• Basic mechanical ability and confidence operating equipment safely
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license
