Position: Lead Home Service Technician / Handyman

What You'll Do

* Complete high-quality home repair and maintenance projects

* Lead, mentor, and support a team of Tru-Pro technicians

* Maintain Tru Blue's standards for professionalism, reliability, and customer service

* Communicate effectively with customers and manage expectations on-site

* Ensure safety, precision, and consistency on every job

Typical projects include:

* Kitchen and bathroom improvements

* Drywall repair and patchwork

* Flooring installation and repairs

* General carpentry tasks

* Interior and exterior painting

* Basic plumbing and electrical work (within scope)

Who You Are

* 10+ years of hands-on experience in home repair or construction

* Prior experience leading or mentoring technicians preferred

* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

* Committed to quality workmanship and supporting both team and clients

* Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and a complete set of tools

* Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States
