Fulfillment Residential Technician FTTH

Job Overview

We are currently hiring Fulfillment Residential Technicians (FTTH) for residential fiber installation projects in Ohio and Michigan. This position involves installing, activating, and troubleshooting Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services for residential customers. We welcome both experienced technicians and motivated individuals looking to start a career in the fiber industry.

We are offering training for inexperienced technicians who are eager to learn the trade and build a long‑term career in telecommunications.

• Hands‑on FTTH training provided
• Field guidance and onboarding support
• $400 bonus paid 1 week after successful training completion

• Complete residential FTTH installations and service activations
• Install ONTs, routers, modems, and Wi‑Fi equipment
• Run and secure fiber drops and inside wiring
• Test signal quality and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Educate customers on equipment usage and service basics
• Complete service calls, repairs, and equipment replacements

Experienced Technicians

• Previous FTTH, fiber, cable, or telecom installation experience preferred
• Experience with residential service calls and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Entry‑Level Candidates

• Willingness to learn and complete training program
• Comfortable working outdoors and in residential environments
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

General Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry telecom equipment

• 1099 contract, commission based, pay based on experience and production
