- Compensation: $30+ per hour (Based on experience) + Performance Bonuses
- Works with Construction Operations Manager & Project Managers to have the materials, tools, subcontractors and equipment is at construction sites when needed
- Solve issues & problems as they arise on the job site & communicate issues to Project Manager & Operations Managers
- Provide assistance to contractors and coordinates (i.e., craft workers, electricians, painters) as needed
- Serve as mentor to skilled 1 & 2, and apprentices on job site
- Can work and lead a job or project to maintain efficiency and within budget
- Keep management, contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner including but not limited to time sheets, POs, inventory and on-site documentation
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures
- Follow all safety policies and procedures for EES and all of its customers
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Experience: 5+ years of Commercial and Industrial Experience with mechanical HVAC systems is required.
- Credentials: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Valid EPA Universal Certification (NATE or State License is a plus). Valid driver’s license required.
- Local Knowledge: Comfortable navigating Dayton, West Central Ohio and the surrounding areas. Must be able to travel to job sites throughout the day;
Overnight stays may be necessary on occasion. - Mindset: A team-oriented individual with a "install it right the first time" attitude.
