Residential Install Electrician
Location: Dayton, OH

Compensation:$25–$50+ per hour (performance-based, uncapped)
Top-performing technicians can average $55+ per hour

CJS is seeking a driven, self-motivated Residential Install Electrician to join our growing Electrical Install Team. This is a great opportunity for professionals who take pride in their work, value customer satisfaction, and want to maximize their earning potential.

Our electricians are paid weekly and benefit from uncapped performance-based earnings.

• Perform residential electrical installations
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Interpret blueprints and job specifications to plan layouts in compliance with local codes
• Complete whole-home rewires and other residential electrical projects
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every job

• Minimum 3+ years of residential electrical experience required
• 5+ years of experience strongly preferred (ideal candidate)
• Experience with residential new construction highly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
