This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plumbing Service Technician based in Dayton, OH. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on plumbing systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and providing field service to residential and commercial clients. The role also involves ensuring high-quality customer service by addressing client needs, resolving problems, and maintaining excellent communication.

• Skilled in Maintenance & Repair of plumbing systems and equipment
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting plumbing and related technical issues
• Experience with Field Service and on-site problem resolution
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to workplace safety standards
• Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• EPA certification and/or relevant plumbing licenses are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in plumbing is preferred
