The RoleThe Plumbing Install Technician repairs plumbing systems efficiently, ensuring high‑quality client experiences. The Technician works diligently to keep projects running smoothly and profitably with a positive attitude and a desire to exceed client expectations.

- Complete assigned calls or in‑shop repairs professionally and to the best of your ability.
- Accountable for meeting goals, following work rules, and maintaining proper conduct.
- Adapt project work when necessary due to interruptions, scope changes, or other unforeseen conditions.
- Complete service invoices and work orders accurately and collect (COD) from clients.
- Promote the sale of other products, services, or work with each client, including service agreements.
- Maintain communication with internal teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Properly complete required paperwork.
- Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Minimum four years of field experience (required).
- Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle (required).
- Valid Plumbing Journeyman license (preferred).
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to work in tight or confined spaces.
