Senior HVAC Service Technician

• Compensation: $32-$45 per hour (Based on experience) + Performance Bonuses

• Perform expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial systems (RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, and Controls). Lead the Way.
• Engage with customers to fully understand their systems and needs. Be the front line of our customer service.
• Conduct HVAC systems troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and preventative maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Be the Expert.
• Mentor junior techs by sharing knowledge on‑site and providing front line technical support. Mentor.
• Work with our team to identify equipment replacement needs and provide technical input on projects and jobs. Consult.

• 7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Valid EPA Universal Certification (NATE or State License a plus). Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable navigating Dayton, West Central Ohio, and surrounding areas. Must be able to travel to customers throughout the day; overnight stays may be necessary on occasion.
• Team‑oriented individual with a "fix it right the first time" attitude.
