Water Restoration Technician

Job Summary

Resto Pros of Dayton provides comprehensive residential and commercial mitigation and restoration services, including remediation of water, smoke, mold, and fire damage. • Perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation services in accordance with industry specifications.
• Serve as the frontline responder for our company, inspecting sites, presenting solutions, and conducting restoration activities.
• Use Xactimate software to create proposals and write estimates.
• Ensure projects are completed within established time frames and to customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is well‑maintained.
• Assist in warehousing and facility‑related tasks when necessary.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in after‑hours emergencies and the on‑call schedule.

• Minimum of 1 year of mitigation experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• IICRC – WRT Certification at a minimum.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software.
• Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and ability to react quickly to situations.
• Experience with insurance claims and speaking directly with homeowners and adjusters.
• Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Full‑time

$20.00 – $23.00 per hour
