We are looking for a self-motivated and safety-conscious operator to manage the handling, transport, and organization of concrete barriers and panels using a carry deck crane and other equipment. This role is based at a remote lot with a climate-controlled storage building and requires reliable transportation.



Key Responsibilities :

• Operate a carry deck crane to move and position concrete products with precision.
• Transport materials from the main facility to the storage yard using company vehicles.
• Assist with staging, assembly, and installation of components.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure efficient material flow.
• Maintain yard organization and cleanliness, including basic landscaping.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Keep accurate records of product movement and site activity.
• Support other duties related to lot and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL and NCCCO Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience operating carry deck cranes or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of rigging, load limits, and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently in an outdoor, remote setting.
• Physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
• Clear communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Outdoor yard setting with exposure to weather elements.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Use of PPE and safe practices around heavy machinery.
