Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our Dayton team. The ideal candidate has proven residential plumbing experience and is committed to excellence on every project - whether installing systems in brand-new builds or upgrading plumbing in existing homes.
Key Responsibilities- Install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems, including water, drainage, and gas lines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications to determine layouts.
- Perform pressure tests to ensure system safety and performance.
- Ensure all work complies with Ohio plumbing codes, OSHA standards, and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in excellent condition.
- Complete daily work orders, reports, and documentation on time and accurately.
- Minimum Education:

Experience:
2‑4
- High school diploma or GED.
- State of Ohio Journeyman Plumber License.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or multi‑family plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA standards.
- Preferred experience with PEX, PVC, CPVC, and copper installations.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
