HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in building maintenance and mechanical systems, is seeking an Industrial HVAC Technician to join their team. As an Industrial HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial HVAC Technician

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay rate: $24/hr

• Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and related mechanical components efficiently
• Manage HVAC-related projects within deadlines and budget constraints
• Operate and maintain Building Management Systems for enhanced building performance
• Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repair

• Strong foundation in construction and mechanical systems
• Experience with boilers, ventilation, refrigerants, and plumbing systems related to HVAC
• Proficiency in project management and energy management
• Ability to operate various control systems, including fire alarms and safety systems
• Understanding of refrigeration, electrical equipment, and cooling towers
