Perfection Group is searching for skilled commercial HVAC Service Technicians in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on providing top‑tier HVAC service and energy solutions.
What You’ll Do- Service & maintain HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps)
- Diagnose & troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and communicate with customers
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
- Work independently & collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service
- Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
- Mentor and guide less‑experienced technicians
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Leadership skills & a team‑first mindset
