Position:
Maintenance Technician
Locations:
Willowood Apartments (Trotwood, OH)
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8:30am- 5pm with on-call rotation (includes a $100 on-call bonus)
Pay: $24-$27/hr based on experience + commissions & incentives
Hiring Bonus: $1,000
What You'll Do
* Keep our vibrant community running smoothly and looking its best
* Tackle daily repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and more
* Turn apartments quickly and beautifully for new residents
* Knock out work orders with speed, skill, and great customer service
* Maintain curb appeal and support seasonal grounds care
* Jump into action during on-call rotations to handle urgent needs
What You Bring
* 1+ year of multi-family maintenance experience
* Strong turnover and general repair abilities
* HVAC experience a plus
* Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
* Friendly, service-focused attitude residents will appreciate
* Cardinal homes experience a plus
* Able to work independently, stay organized, and move with urgency
* Comfortable using smartphones and basic tech
* Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and basic hand tools
