Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substation Foreman to oversee the construction, maintenance, and operation of electrical substations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of substation crews.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of substation equipment.

- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues.

- Maintain accurate records and reports.

- Collaborate with engineers and project managers.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in substation construction and maintenance.

- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
