EES Facility Services is looking for a full-time Skilled Trade HVAC Service Technician II to service our customers in Western – Southwestern Ohio

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• 7:30 AM – 5 PM

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
• Sheet metal work or refrigeration experience required;
  Vocational school or trade apprenticeships preferred.
• Valid driver’s license: ability to travel 85-90% of the time in a company vehicle.
• Graduated from a local HVAC training program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Commercial HVAC field.
• Ability to independently perform routine maintenance and service larger HVAC equipment.
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems for industrial and commercial clients.
• Possess strong knowledge of diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R equipment and associated electrical systems.
• Perform start-up, balancing, and commissioning on equipment
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, including performing warranty services.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repairs.
• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to Skilled Trade 1 and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork, notes, and time entries into work orders.
• Assist customers with queries and perform other assigned duties.
