Plombier/chauffagiste d'équipement de confort climatique CDI

Your mission is to intervene for the installation of plumbing sanitary devices, production of hot water sanitary and heating all energies (especially gas boilers and air/air and air/water heat pumps), and notably:

Installation (New & Renovation)

• Read and interpret plans and technical diagrams.
• Install plumbing equipment: sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks.
• Lay pipelines (PVC, PER, copper, multi-layer…).
• Install heating systems: boilers (gas, oil, wood, pellet), heat pumps, radiators, heated floors.
• Connect appliances to water, gas and electricity networks.
• Perform tests for tightness and proper functioning.
• Install mechanical ventilation systems.
• Install solar thermal panels.
• Perform tubing.

Maintenance

• Perform preventive maintenance of installations (flushing radiators, checking pressures...).
• Descaling and cleaning of hot water sanitary circuits.
• Descaling.
• Perform wood and boiler cleanings: optional.

Plumbing Troubleshooting

• Diagnose malfunctions.
• Rapid intervention in case of leaks, pressure problems, etc.
• Repair or replace defective parts.

Your actions are focused on the client to whom you provide reports of your interventions, your expert advice and your recommendations in respect of the company's commercial policy. Your professional conscience and your knowledge of the trade make you a conscientious and careful technician.

SOUGHT COMPETENCES

• Mastery of technologies related to the installation of heat pumps, gas boilers, granule boilers and solar thermal.
• Reading and interpreting plans, electrical diagrams and instruction sheets.
• Mastery of the commissioning techniques of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge in electricity.
• Mastery of the charge and control of refrigerant fluids.

PROFILE

• Training:
  Installateur dépanneur in cold and air conditioning, BAC PRO
  - Refrigeration and Renewable Energy Trades, BAC PRO
  - Installateur in Heating, Air Conditioning and Renewable Energy, Professional title installateur in thermal and sanitary … or equivalent diploma.
• Successful experience in the same sector of activity required (5 years minimum).
• CACES, electrical qualification and is a plus.
• Certificate of aptitude Cat.
  1 - Handling Refrigerant Fluids (or willing to obtain it).
• Driving license B essential.
