• Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
• Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and related mechanical components to resolve issues promptly
• Manage HVAC-related projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
• Operate and maintain Building Management Systems for enhanced building performance
• Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repair, ensuring safety and quality standards

• Strong foundation in construction and mechanical systems
• Expertise in boilers, ventilation, refrigerants, and plumbing systems related to HVAC
• Proficiency in project management and energy management practices
• Ability to operate various control systems, including fire alarms and fire and life safety systems
• Understanding of refrigeration, electrical equipment, and cooling towers
