We’re seeking a self‑directed working field leader with over 5 years of experience to drive commercial construction projects forward. • Field Leadership:
  Manage daily field personnel and equipment while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Project Oversight:
  Read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Planning:
  Foresee and manage a 3‑week look‑ahead schedule to meet critical deadlines.
• Communication:
  Maintain daily interaction with project managers and subcontractors.
• Quality & Safety:
  Responsible for quality control of all work and enforce OSHA regulations and safety guidelines at all times.
• Mentorship:
  Utilize leadership skills to teach new hires and develop their professional skill sets.

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Project Variety:
  Experience with ground‑up new construction (5,000 SF to 100,000 SF).
• Specializations:
  Familiarity with design‑build pre‑engineered metal buildings and interior renovations.
• Concrete Work:
  Practical knowledge of concrete footers and foundations.
• Equipment Operation:
  Proficiency in operating jobsite equipment such as backhoes, bobcats, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.

High School

4–7 years

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in a field leadership role.
• Comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations.
• Completion of First Aid, CPR, and 30‑hour OSHA training is required.
• Physical capabilities:
  Ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, and lift or push/pull up to 80 pounds.
• Logistics:
  Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
