About the Role
We’re seeking a self‑directed working field leader with over 5 years of experience to drive commercial construction projects forward. Our team is built on a foundation of long‑term retention and deep expertise, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to maintain our high standards of quality and safety.

- Field Leadership:
Manage daily field personnel and equipment while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Project Oversight:
Read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution. - Planning:
Foresee and manage a 3‑week look‑ahead schedule to meet critical deadlines. - Communication:
Maintain daily interaction with project managers and subcontractors. - Quality & Safety:
Responsible for quality control of all work and enforce OSHA regulations and safety guidelines at all times. - Mentorship:
Utilize leadership skills to teach new hires and develop their professional skill sets.
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Skills- Project Variety:
Experience with ground‑up new construction (5,000 SF to 100,000 SF). - Specializations:
Familiarity with design‑build pre‑engineered metal buildings and interior renovations. - Concrete Work:
Practical knowledge of concrete footers and foundations. - Equipment Operation:
Proficiency in operating jobsite equipment such as backhoes, bobcats, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
High School
Experience4–7 years
Qualifications- Minimum of 5+ years experience in a field leadership role.
- Comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations.
- Completion of First Aid, CPR, and 30‑hour OSHA training is required.
- Physical capabilities:
Ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, and lift or push/pull up to 80 pounds. - Logistics:
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
