Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in building engineering and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting Dayton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility systems, minimizing downtime and enhancing energy efficiency.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting, to identify and address issues proactively.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
• Maintain a valid state driver’s license and be available for call-in work as needed, performing other duties to support facility operations.

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of system design, applications, and repair techniques for HVAC and related systems.
• Ability to perform inspections, record-keeping, and report on operational conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
