Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a skilled Repair Technician:
Roofing & Masonry to join our growing team. As a technician, you will travel to residential job sites in a company-provided vehicle to inspect roofing and masonry systems, diagnose problems, and complete high-quality repairs that exceed customer expectations. This technician role requires strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with homeowners, providing accurate recommendations, and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout every project.

• Evaluate roof and masonry conditions at residential job sites.
• Perform repairs safely while working on ladders and at heights.
• Document completed work and ensure every job meets company quality standards.
• Travel between local job sites, often outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work overtime when necessary and be available to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.

• 1–2 years of roofing experience.
• 1–2 years of masonry experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors under varying weather conditions.

• Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2‑4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k.
