Role Overview
Bone Dry Roofing, established in 1989, is a trusted leader in roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement. We are looking for a motivated Repair Technician:
Roofing & Masonry to join our growing team.
- Travel to residential job sites in a company‑provided vehicle to inspect roofing and masonry systems.
- Diagnose problems and complete high‑quality repairs that exceed customer expectations.
- Perform repairs safely while working on ladders and at heights.
- Document completed work and ensure every job meets company quality standards.
- 1–2 years of roofing experience.
- 1–2 years of masonry experience.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong communication skills and ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and travel between local job sites.
- Availability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.
- Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2–4 weeks, 100% commission thereafter with annual earnings potential of $60k to over $100k.
