HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Building Maintenance
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, and other installed systems or equipment.
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, building interiors/exteriors, and related grounds as required for assigned buildings.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting any findings that may impact client occupancy and operations.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Corrigo for all assigned work, and submit receipts and updates promptly.
Required
- Universal CFC recovery certification, or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, including hands‑on skills in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Valid state driver’s license and availability for call‑in work as required.
