• Run residential service calls (occasional light commercial).
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems — no upsell pressure
• Chat with homeowners, explain what’s wrong in plain English
• Team up with dispatch & parts so you’re never stranded on a job

• Have 2+years of HVAC service experience (or solid install background)
• Hold an EPA TypeII or Universal cert.
• Nate preferred but not required.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
• Like solving problems and helping people stay comfortable.
• Keep a clean driving record & can pass a background/drug screen.
