Dispatcher, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to coordinate daily HVAC service and installation schedules for our residential and light commercial customers in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. In this role, you'll field inbound calls, prioritize and assign jobs, and route technicians efficiently to meet customer needs while minimizing downtime and travel. You'll update work orders, confirm appointments, and communicate clearly with both customers and field teams.
