Drain Technician
Full-Time | Commercial Service | Competitive Pay + Benefits
Do you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in helping customers? We’re looking for an experienced Drain Technician to join our growing commercial service team. In this role, you’ll diagnose and resolve drain issues, perform minor plumbing repairs, and provide exceptional service to commercial customers throughout the region.

What You’ll Do- Diagnose and clear drain blockages in commercial facilities.
- Operate drain cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, jetters, and other specialized tools.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs as needed.
- Communicate findings and recommended solutions with customers.
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle.
- Collaborate with dispatch and the service team to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
We’re looking for technicians who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and enjoy solving problems in the field.
Qualifications include:
- 3+ years of plumbing or drain service experience.
- Experience troubleshooting commercial drain systems.
- Ability to operate drain cleaning and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and written instructions.
- Basic plumbing hand tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- State plumbing apprenticeship completion is a plus but not required.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required.
- Customer-focused and professional
- Strong troubleshooters who enjoy diagnosing difficult problems
- Self-motivated and organized
- Team players willing to assist others when needed
- Adaptable and dependable
- Committed to quality workmanship and safety
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Climbing ladders and stairs
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crawling, and working in confined spaces
- Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Safely operating power tools and drain cleaning equipment
